Terms & Condition
- Order acceptance is subject to deposition of 50 % of Total Order Value, in advance.Apart from the 50% advance as mentioned above, an advance amount of Rs. 5,000/- per Product per Strength will be charged towards to the cost of Product Development Charges which include Brand Approval Charges from Drug Office, Artwork Designing Charges, Cylinder Charges & Excess of Packing Material Inventory to be held with us.
Batch Test Reports will be Provided on demand which will NOT be chargeable i.e. Free of Cost.
Deliveries of the Products will be made within 60 days from the date of Confirm Order along with deposition of the Amount.
The Rates which are quoted to you, are from my head office Rates.
C.S.T or VAT whichever is applicable, shall be in addition to the cost of the Product. C-Form Is to be provided at the time of Delivery of Products, otherwise the rate of C.S.T will be Higher. Road Permit (if applicable) is also to be provided at the time of Delivery.
Any Manufacturing Defect shall our sole responsibility
Goods once sold will not be taken back. Any claim of Breakages & Expiry will also not be entertained
Since Prices are subject to change as per Market Fluctuation, therefore it is not necessary That repeat order of any product will be accepted at the same rates, as during previous order. Also any Rate Quotation given is valid for 43 days only from the date of Rate Quotation.
